Kristin Yamada joined Investors Portfolio Services in June of 2026 after spending 26 years with Russell Investments, where she built a reputation as a trusted resource for both clients and colleagues. Throughout her career, she became known for providing exceptional customer service, finding solutions, and helping keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. Her attention to detail, accuracy, and organization make her a reliable point of contact for clients.
 
Outside of the office, Kristin enjoys spending time with her husband and family, which includes three grown children, a daughter-in-law, and two golden doodles. In her free time, she can often be found working out, reading, hosting family and friend game nights, or simply relaxing at home with the people she loves.
