Noah joined Investors Portfolio Services (IPS) in June 2025. Prior to joining IPS, he spent close to five years working with institutional clients, most of that time at Russell Investments in Seattle. He is excited to be a part of the largest independent Registered Investment Advisor in Puyallup and is committed to helping clients achieve and build for a secure future. Noah holds his FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses.

Before launching his career, Noah earned a Bachelors degree from the University of Washington Foster School of Business, studying Finance. Born and raised in Puyallup, he attended Puyallup High School and values being a part of his hometown community. Noah and his wife, Regan, have two big dogs at home. When not working, you’ll most often find Noah on the golf course.
